Hi

 

I saw the recommended power supply range is 3.3V~5.5V for OPA855 in datasheet, looks it is hard to use 3.3V to power OPA855, a little drop on power line will be over the spec, is the actual minimum supply voltage really 3.3V?

    Hi Bruce,

    Yes, the minimum supply of 3.3V is needed for proper operation of OPA855. Though the device may work for supplies slightly less than 3.3V but the performance and specification as per datasheet cannot be guaranteed at supplies <3.3V
