Part Number: LMV7239

Hello

For TI part numbers LMV7239M5NOPB and LMV934MTXNOPB I am requesting the following information for an urgent customer tin whisker risk analysis. 

-Tin plating process (i.e., electroplate, immersion, hot dip), tin thickness (microinches), is tin annealed (yes/no), underplate material (e.g., nickel, copper, ferrous alloy).
