Could u pls tell ctm the life cycle of LM5002MAX.

Could the life cycle lasts for 10 yerars.

    If you go to the product page, scroll down to 'ordering & quality', and then have a look at the right side of the device table, you will find a link to "Quality, reliability & packaging information"
    (You need to login with your account to see this page)

    Here, you will find information on reliability tests that have been performed on the LM5002MAX device.
    An HTOL test to check lifetime is included as well.

    Exactly what I mean is the life cycle of the LM5002MAX. Approximately how long it will be discontinued.

    Hello Harrick,

    Sorry for the misunderstand from my side.

    There are no plans of EOL for LM5002MAX/NOPD.
    (LM5002MAX is already unavailable and LM5002MAX/NOPD is the lead-free device version which is available for ordering)

    The fab which produces this device is up and running and there are no plans for any sort of EOL.
