    Hello Karthik,

    The waffle image shown matches the first page (1 of 1) of the CoC - the lot#, date code, and quantity (300) match.

    DC 16AG94I and lot #1720727 are a valid match for the LM111 MD8 comparator.

    I'm not sure of the 57C89TI / MPVRUC1525B-D, qty=80 - that is a PWM power controller.

    Did someone order some MPVRUC1525B-D? Which is the Mil version of the UC1525B?

    COC & Wafer details not matching. Refer below table for details.

     

    Date code as per COC 2123 +5 but as per waffle it is 16AG94I??

    Wafer Lot as per COC 7447952CU8 but as per waffle 7002604??

    Lot trace as per COC 16AG94I but in waffle none.

     

    Also we need 16AG94I means what??

    Hello Karthik,

    DC = YYWW = YY = last two digits of the year, WW = workweek (01 to 53)

    DC 2123 = 2021, 23rd week, which is about the first week of June.

    The "+5" means extended 5 year shelf life.

    Our standard device marking code is YMLLLLA

    16AG94I = 

    16 = last digit of year and month (1-C) = 2021 June (6)

    AG94 = 4 character internal lot code

    I = Assembly site (PHI Philippines)

    So the two date codes do match - June 2021.

    According to the 16AG94I Trace Code, the 1720727 is included in that trace code. That is on the waffle pack and COC.

    The 1720727 lot code includes the batch # 7447952CU8. So that matches the COC.

    I believe the wafer lot # changes after processing, but I need to confirm that.
