Hi Eli,

There are two comparators that can sink 100mA, the LM306 and the LM6511. Not many comparators will handle that level of output current. The LM306 has a limited temperature range of 0 to 70C so that device may not be suitable. However, the LM6511 is usable from -40C to +85C.

Hi Thomas,

Thanks,I already saw them. LM6511,is single comperatur.Need dusl,and LM306 is as you indicated,only up to 70C
