Need to replace current design with LMV321DBV (SOT23-5 package) with lower offset amp. of below o.5mV.

I found OPA335/333/376336/365,but they are not P2P.

    Hello Eli,

    The pinout limits your selections. Most of the precision devices (LMP2021, OPA330) use the "standard" (pin 1 out) SOT pinout.

    I do not see any other devices with the 321 SOT-23 pinout with offsets =< 0.5mV.

    There are some in the SC-70 package. Is this for production or bread-boarding?

    A SC-70 can be hand soldered to SOT-23 pads in a pinch.

    The LMV841, OPA330, OPA333, OPA376 and OPA378 are available in the LMV321 type pinout in the SC-70 package.
