Does Ti have an op amp similar to the OPA657 with a bandwidth around 100MHz with a gain of 25V/V?

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA657, OPAMPS-SELGUIDE, LMH6629, LMH6624, OPA847

Hello,

I am having trouble getting my OPA657 circuit to match an ideal simulated model, and the difference between the two might be the GBW. The OPA657 looks like it can do about 60MHz for a gain of 25 V/V.  I thought about trying to move more gain out of this circuit and into another, but that may not work because of limitations in the other circuit.

Is there another OpAmp I could use that has a bandwidth of about 100MHz with a gain of 25 V/V?

Thanks!

  • Hi Jamaal,

Your other choices are the following, which you can find by using SelGuide:

    http://www.ti.com/tool/opamps-selguide

    LMH6629 (0.69nV/RtHz, limited to 5V total supply voltage, 140MHz with Av= 30V/V)

    LMH6624 (0.9nV/RtHz, 50MHz with Av=30V/V)

    OPA847 (0.85nV/RtHz, 140MHz with Av=30V/V)

    Regards,

    Hooman
