Synchronous Demodulator using INA143 Difference Amplifer

On the datasheet for the INA143 difference amplifer it states you can make a synchronous demodulator using that chip. I was wondering if anyone has done this or knows how to do it. I just need some starting points and I think I can go from there. Any help is appreciated, thanks!
