OPA2357 Enable Glitch

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA2357, LMP7712

I'm using the OPA2357 configured as a precision rectifier as part of a peak detector circuit.  To save power the op-amp is disabled until the input signal passes a 100mV threshold, at which point a comparator pulls the enable pin high...

The "glitch" I'm seeing is a large current spike at the op-amp output pin lasting until ~1us after the enable pin is asserted... this current is passing through the diode and being captured by the peak-hold capacitor.

Does anyone know a way to eliminate this current spike?

On a side note, I'm also seeing this spike with the LMP7712... however with this part the spike seems to occur at BOTH the output and input pins.

Thanks,

Dave
