The best place to get footprints for TI devices is from:

http://webench.ti.com/cad/

From there you can follow the step by step instructions which include downloading and installing the UltraLibrarian software which will allow you to obtain footprints for any of the listed platforms.

Step 1: - Download and install the Ultra Librarian software
Note: This software does not currently support double-byte character sets (such as Chinese, Japanese and Korean).

Step 2: - Click on the desired part below and OPEN the file to start Ultra Librarian. (You can try the TLC062DGN for example which is an amplifier with an MSOP8 package)

Step 3: - Follow the instructions in Ultra Librarian.

If you just want to see an example board layout and there is not an EVM available for the op amp you have chosen then you could look at the user guide for our OPAMPEVM which is a universal PCB and can be found at the link below. I hope this helps.

Hi Dan,

To add a little to Bruce's reply - I see that the OPA4188AIPW suffix indicates that the product is in the TSSOP package. I noticed that some products including the OPA4188 do not provide some, or any, of the CAD/CAE footprint symbols on their product web page. I found three products that have the TSSOP listed under their CAD/CAE symbols; OPA4209, TLV2374 and LMH6644. If you don't find the footprint following Bruce's information their TSSOP footprint should be useable with the OPA4188AIPW.

Hello Bruce/Dan,

It looks like the OPA4188 hasn't been loaded into this tool yet, however the OPA4227 has the same pinout and it looks like it is in the system. I hope this helps.

Edit: Correction, this applies to the SOIC (D) package, since you are using the TSSOP then Thomas's answer should more applicable. However if you wanted to use an SOIC this might be a option for you later on.
