I have a National Semiconductor LM741 Operational Amplifier with the following package marking: H9A8912B∆. How can I decode this package marking? I'm looking for the meaning of each character.

Your LM741 was manufactured in the Philippines on the 12th work week of 1989 from the "B" sublot.

The die was sorted sometime between Jan and March of 1989.

It has an ESD rating of 2kV.
