OPA300/OPA301 Simulation in TINA

Hi sir

I am an Electronics Circuit Design Engineer. I am using OPA301 in my circuits. I have simulated OPA301as Inverting Amplifier to check its characteristics .I am getting some offset voltage.But i checked same circuit with LT1013 opamp. It is acting as perfect inverting amplifier. I have attached the Schematic and Results and AC Transfer Characteristics are not in agreement with theoretical calculations. Please inform me whether the OPA301 model is proper.

Hi Rakesh,

The OPA301, as with many other comparable devices, has some built-in offset voltage incorporated into the TINA-TI model. That looks to be around -1.7mV in this case (the OPA301 offset voltage room temperature limit is +/-5mV, so this is within the datasheet limit):

Correction! My mistake:

The input referred offset voltage within the TINA-TI model of this device is in fact 1/2 of what you see at the output or -0.88mV at device input (noise gain = 2 V/V).
