Lower operational voltage supply limit for LMH6702.

I am trying to drive the 50 ohms balanced inputs of the ADC12D1800 ADC without damaging the inputs. This means not more than 2.5 Vpp.

I am thinking of making a differential output using the LMH6702, but it is specified to only +/- 5 V supply. For how low supply voltages will it operate properly. I need a bandwith of appx 800 MHz.

Hello Jorn,

Instead of using the LMH6702 to create a differential driver for the ADC12D1800 ADC, it might better if you looked at the Fully Differential Amplifiers (FDA) instead. TI has a portfolio of these devices:

There are 9 FDA devices which can reach to 800MHz.

BTW: The LMH6702 power supply voltage minimum is around 10V (or +/-5V). Here are some fast, low distortion, single ended Op Amps with total supply voltage of 5V which can be found here:
