This is not a valid part number.
What I assume you are looking for is the National Semi version of the LM324M, which on the TI web site would be called a LM324-N (where "-N" means National, since both TI and NSC had LM324 before the merger - so all duplicate National parts got a "-N").
The LM324M would be the LM324 in a 14 pin SOIC.
I'm not sure what ",SD" would be. "S" is not a valid suffix for LM324's. A LM324D would be the TI version in SOIC.
Both the TI and NSC versions are still available.The datasheets are in the web folders.

The LMV324 from TI is being obsoleted and replaced with the LMV324-N. Are you sure it is not a "LMV"?
