Hello,

One of my customer is trying to use TLC082-Q1 and TLC084-Q1 for ECU and they have to do examination about serge tolerance.

Please answer following questions from customer.

 

Q1:

Please explain the equivalent circuit of protection element in TLC082-Q1 and TLC084-Q1.

Q2:

Please advice the index to what kind of serge it(internal protection element) can bear.

They need viewpoint and threshold value of protection element in case of examination.

(For example, I^2 t impressed to a certain element in an equivalent circuit should be less than **A^2s.)

    Hello,

    Please anyone respond my question above.   
      TLC082/084 electrical characteristics are better than competitor and satisfying customer requirement.  
      Serge tolerance is also important to decide to use TI, and I need to send information to customer in short time frame.
