Dear Sir,
One of my customer is testing our LOG114EVM for very low current measurement. He is generating current (uA )by 5 volt and 100M ohm resistance.
He got good response of LOG114 at 1uA input but not getting stable output at 1nA input.
Please advice for testing method of LOG114EVM.
