I am looking at the THS788 and THS789 for a new project. I have some specific questions on the Data Sheet that I don't understand. Can anyone help explain the following:

What is the definition of "Measurement accuracy after calibration, mean" and "Single event accuracy" ?

 What is the definition of "Time -measurement temperature coefficient".  Is it a change in resolution per degree C or is it an offset drift per degree C?

 The parts seem very identical other than these specifications which are a factor of 100 worse in the THS789. Is there a reason why they are so much worse in the THS789 which appears to be a newer part?
