    Sorry to hear about the difficulties obtaining the TLC27M9I in Russia. Have you checked the TLC27M9 web page to see if you can order samples directly off of it? Have you checked with your local TI distributor about obtaining some samples?

    We don't have access to the specific information here in Applications Engineering that provide insight about counterfeit product. TI does have a group in the Quality organization that monitors such issues. All I have as an email address for them. They may be able to help with your questions:
