PGA113 -Bipolar to single ended problem

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: PGA113, OPA4820

Hello Dear Friends and Masters.

im using PGA113 for first time in my project, i connected the output of one opamp (OPA4820) to PGA using one 100nf bypass Cap to CH1 .

i leaved the CH0/CAL pin floating. my Avdd is 5v and Dvdd is 3.3v. the refrence pin connected to 1.6v virtual ground.

when the gain is 1 the output has about -0 .7v offset from 1.6v(center) . when the gain is above 5 the output get tied to ground.

the OUTPUT connected to The ADC of DSPIC.

what should i do ?!  where did i wrong?

Thanks
