Protecting OPA2347 from transients

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA2347

I need help with protecting the OPA2347 from both power supply and load current transients.  We are using OPA2347 in a current sense differential amplifier circuit.  We are measuring the current on the high side (28V battery) and powering the op amp with a 5V buck converter.  We are using a voltage divider to scale down the voltage going to the inverting and non inverting terminals from 28V to 1.33V.  We are using a 5V zener diode across the supply rails. Any suggestions or feedback would be appreciated.
