OPA356 clamps to the negative rail

I'm operating the OPA356 from +4.6 and -0.3 volt supplies.  It is being used as an gated charge integrator that gets reset periodically. When I remove the reset and present the integrator with no charge, the output goes to -0.2 volts, (100 mVs away from the negative rail.)  The circuit functions fine when I have higher levels of charge presented to the op-amp.  Why is the output clamping to the rail?0218.4024.New Microsoft Office PowerPoint Presentation.pptx
