about distortion of OPA564-Q1

Hi all,

I am now making use of  OPA564-Q1 for current excitation. but the problem is the distortion. The diagram of THD+N vs frequency is detailed for only below 20kHz reference to datasheet, but  i make it working below 100kHz. How can I know the characteristic of THD+N vs frequency from 20kHz to 100kHz?

Does it have a  evaluation board related?

notes :working condition for  OPA564-Q1 : input: 10Vpp~20Vpp, 0~100kHz; G=1; output current < 1A.

  • Reference to figure 22 of datasheet on page11, OPA564-Q1  performs  THD+N nearly 0.003% when setting G=1, f=20kHz, Vout = 5Vpp,  Rload=60ohm.

    Shall it  performs  THD+N <= 0.02% for condition f=100kHz, G=1, Vout = 10Vpp,  Rload=120ohm? Which is what i concern.
