TLV341IDRLR – About Input sequence

Hi Team,

Our customer is studying about input sequence.

Because, they are concerned that the normal output(Vo) is not output by an input timing of the input voltage(VI).

After the supply voltage(V+=1.8V) is applied, when can we input the input voltage(VI)?

So, we would like to know about waiting time of the following picture.

Please let me know it if you have a recommended waiting time.

  • Theoretically: As long as the supply is not limited; i.e., the supply reaches +1.8V and can supply the bias current required by the device then the input can **immediately** be applied when the supply reaches +1.8V for expected operation.

For the TLV341 there may be some nodes in the device that require some time after the supply reaches +1.8V. The datasheet says 5us typical out of shutdown. I would apply this reasoning to start up as well. Let the supply reach steady state (+1.8V in your case), wait 5us and then apply the input for expected operation.

  • Kanemaru-san,

There is no required delay. VIN  can be at same time as V+.

  • Hi Ken-san,

    Thank you for your advice.

    Hi Ron-san,

    Thank you for your response.

I understood that necessary waiting time is 0ns.
