The output short circuit  from datasheet is +-45mA typical value.

What's the output short circuit minimum value  at 25°C and in -25°c to 125° temerature range

    You can look at the graph on page 7. This is a typical curve and as expected, the short circuit current increases at colder temperatures.

    Short circuit current is not often a critical specification so MIN/MAX limits may not be seen in a datasheet.
