INA210 COMMON MODE INPUT RANGE

Hi,

Two questions:

  • If I supply the INA to 3.4V, would Common-Mode Input Range continue being 0.3 to 26v?
  • Is it possible to buy only the small pcb that have the INA210, instead of the complete evaluation kit?http://www.ti.com/tool/ina210-215evm, If yes, what would be the price?
