REF3325 LONG-TERM STABILITY

The datasheet doesn't show LONG-TERM STABILITY for REF3325. Do we have such data?

    We do not have the Long Term Stability data for REF33xx to share with you BUT as part of the initial qualification all new products must pass a lifetest (an accelerated aging process in high temperature ovens) that requires maximum shift of the parameters like the initial accuracy to be no greater than the max/min spec shown in the PDS.  Therefore, in case of  REF33xx with the initial max spec of 0.15%, the maximum shift after 10 years is no greater than 0.15% or 1500ppm.
