[ TLV2401 ] Output Delay

Hi,

My customer has seen the long delay / propagation delay from input to output with TVL2401.

Please see the waveform below.

It's almost about 1.7ms, and slew rate is also really long.

Do you have any ideas why this happen?

I'm sorry that I still don't have customer circuit schematics, so not run sim. yet.

Hello Kenichiro,

Does the customer observe this long start-up time on just one TLV2401, or all TLV2401 devices? Indeed, we will need to see the circuit diagram. A simulation may not provide an accurate start-up time because the TLV2401 simulation model is a much simpler than the actual product.

The TLV2401 has an extremely low 880 nA operating current so it may have a slower start-up than higher power op-amps.
