We have encountered a number of failures of a design utilising the OPA561. A number of design issues have been identified and corrected. However in the design review we noted that on the first page of the datasheet there is a note below the pinout diagam that states the Flag pin must be connected to V-. My understanding is that this comment relates to pin 9, CLS which is an output pin and as should be left open circuit ?
