Hi,

I am using THS770012 in my design to drive ADC16V130 ADC. I want to simulate my design in ADS, but while importing PSPICE .lib file ADS is not able to read most of the file contents and so generated symbol is getting simulated properly. I tried it in ADS 2015 version.How to solve this?...Can i get S-parameter file of THS?

Gauraw,

The TINA and Pspice models at ti.com are encrypted and will only work in their corresponding simulators.
They are encrypted because they may contain sensitive information about the part's fabrication or design.

It's been some time since the device and its models were released, so the info may not be as sensitive as it once was.

I will check into it, and if is okay, we will provide an unencrypted model netlist attached to this thread.

We will know in a few days.

But then whatever PSPICE model available on the TI website is of no use (But then why is it there??). It will be of great help if you provide unencrypted model netlist. If it is not possible can you provide IBIS model for the same??

Gauraw,

An ADS2014 project using an unencrypted THS770012 model is attached to this thread,

The original unencrypted Pspice netlist is in the project working directory.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
