Attached is the schematic VM2 and VM6 should have saada4817_imaging.TSCme DC voltage but transient simulation shows different. Where is the problem

    The DC voltage at the output of OPA657 (VM2) and the input of OPA2690 (VM1) will be a bit different due to the input bias current of OPA2690 to be close to +/-11uA as specified in the datasheet. Even the transient simulation shows this shift in TINA-TI with your circuit. Reducing the resistor value between the OPA657 and OPA2690 should help lower this DC shift.
