LMH730316 / the parts size of resistors & capacitors

The LM730316 components are all 0603 size except the entries in Table 1 of the User's Guide:

To answer your other questions:

C3 and C5 look larger than 0603. What is the component size for these?

The doc states RGND is not 0603 but does not state the size. What size is it?

You are correct. RGND, D1, C3, and C5 are bigger than 0603. They seem to be 1608 (1.6mm x 0.8mm) sizes:

I thought all the other components are 0603 imperial which is the same as 1608 metric. I think RGND, C3, C5 are larger than this.

You are way ahead of me. Sorry. I had not noticed that the metric and imperial sizes are different!!

These components look to be either 1806 imperial (4.5mm x 1.6mm) or 1206 (3.2mm x 1.6mm). I think either one would fit the footprint. I'm assuming you are assembling the board by hand. I'm measuring the size of components on the pdf document using a ruler, and knowing that most are 0603, I'm estimating the size of the unknown components.
