Hi Tomohiro,
We do not have any surge tolerance data on INA213. What kind of surge voltages are you expecting. Please read section 8.4.4 and 8.4.5 in the datasheet and also look at this TI design on transient Robustness www.ti.com/.../TIDA-00302

Sorry for lack of insufficient explanation.

Surge wave is 35V/300ms pulse.(Load dump)

If It is good solution using external component, please teach me.

And if it is possible, actual wave form is helpful for us.

Hello Tomohiro-san,
Whenever the inputs are stressed beyond the rated specification, it is recommended to employ protection circuitry. Did you have a chance to look at the TI design link I sent earlier. Please take a look and let us know if you have questions.
