OPA2322-Q1 vs NJU7047T1

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA2322-Q1, LMV712, TLV2462, TLV2402

Hello,

Our customer use NJU7047-T1 for Automotive application.
http://www.njr.com/semicon/PDF/NJU7047Automotive_E.pdf

I promoted OPA2322-Q1 for replacement.
But, the package size is little difference.

Are there any plan to release the VSP8 package of OPA2322-Q1 ?

Also, the customer request specifications are following.
Are there any competitive device without OPA2322-Q1?

VDD=5V single supply
Rail to Rail  IN/OUT
GBW=5MHz(typ)
S/R=5V/us(typ)
Offset = 5mV(max)
drift =2uV/C(typ)
AUtomotive
-40C~+125C

  • Hello Ryuji:

    Unfortunately, there are no plans for a package extension for the OPA2322-Q1.

    Some other choices offered in VSSOP-8 are the TLV2462, TLV2402 and LMV712.

  • Hello Ryuji,  just an added commit to Soufiane. Both the TI package and the NJM package meet JEDEC MO-187 package dimensions. The body size of the packages are the same. The difference is the lead length and JEDEC allows a wide difference in lead length. TI has chosen a lead length of 1.9mm (nominal) which matches the majority of semiconductor suppliers. NJM has chosen a lead length of  0.55mm (nominal). TI has no plans to add this version of the MSOP_8 at this time.

  • Hello Soufiance san, Keith san,

    Thank you for the reply.I understood.
    Since the NJM MSOP Package lead length is 0.55mm, we can't propose full pin compatible device now...
    I couldn't found the 0.55mm lead length MSOP package without NJM device.
