OPA2614 as a single-supply, differential-mode amp

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA2614

I want to use the OPA2614 as a single-supply, differential-mode amp in an audio application.  Below is my circuit, where the "OPAMP-" supply could be ground instead of -5V. I don't know how to bias the positive input terminal so I have tried C247.  Does this make sense?

Thanks,

Chuck Smyth
