INA183 failing at low temps

I seem to be having cold temperature related issues with one lot of the INA183AID, its in a new product just recently released to production.  It’s failing at -40 degrees C, which is right at the edge of your temperature rating.  I have tested the part thorough my qual process down to -55 degrees C without failures, but this lot doesn’t seem to make it.

Can I send back some failed parts and some from the same lot for testing to see what you see at low temp?  Should there be some sort of margin?
