I am using TL082B op amp & facing issues in Offset voltage measurement. As per data sheet typical Vio is 3mV & some times i am getting 7mV. What is the reason for this. Is there any approach to reduce this offset. I am using =12V & -12V rail & placed Rf as 40K & R1 as 10K. + In grounded through 10K resistor
