TLV333 bias current near VCM=GND

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TLV333

Hello,

Our customer uses the TLV333, has an issue.

The customer are using the TLV333 as follows.

 circuit : non-inverted amplifier

VCC=3.4V

 amplitude : 261 times

 pre-filter : RC low pass filter as R=10kohm, C=1uF at +input

The issue is that the output voltage is High (3.4V) when the input voltage is GND.

It need  more than 1uA of bias current for the output voltage is High.

Is it possible to flow a bias current such as large value?

Best Regards,
