Hi

When the IC is powered on, Disable pin goes to HIGH (+VS level).

Is it correct behavior?

What is the internal circuit of the disable pin?

BestRegards

  • Hello Na na 78,

Yes that is the correct behavior. The LMH6739 has NOT(Disable) pins.  That is the meaning of the bar above the pin name.

There is a large value resistor between the NOT(Disable) pins and the positive supply.  The resitor is around 40k Ohms.

    Regards,

    Loren

    Thank you for your reply.

Can we refer your answer content as the description in some reference materials?
