Hi,
Could you please tell us the technical difference between INA203 and INA206 although these parts are the current-shunt monitor with dual comparators ?
Best regards,
Kato

Hi Sadanori,
The electrical characteristics of these two product lines are practically the same. The main difference of the two parts is the orientation of the comparators in each of the systems. If you examine figure 38 of the INA203 datasheet, and compare this to figure 41 of the INA206 datasheet, you'll see the difference. The INA203 product line implements its dual comparators as a two stage system, effectively allowing a warning flag at a given voltage, followed by an overlimit flag at some greater voltage. The INA206 product line flips the inputs of the lower comparator (see section 8.2 of the INA206 datasheet) which creates a window comparator output for the two voltages. Hope this helps.
