OPA2134: how to check a opa2134pa if is fault or good

i have a circuit whith many OPA2134PA,
that i must change configuration,
for my mistake due to a wrong connection,
now i should check how many op-amp i have broken..
how i check the good or bad op-amp?
There is a circuit test for check, possibily easy and not expensive?

    If you think you've applied voltages outside of the absolute maximum operating conditions for the op amp then we recommend that you obtain new op amps.  Operating a device outside of the absolute maximum ratings can cause permanent damage and/or shifts in performance.

    If you feel you've applied voltages within the appropriate ranges but had some minor connection issues that were preventing the circuits from working then you may be able to check the op amps by seeing if they function properly in a basic buffer configuration.  This would only provide information whether the amplifier is functioning in a basic configuration.  It will be very difficult for you to try to test all of the other parameters that are normally tested before a device is shipped from the factory.

    This is a basic circuit that will help you identify if the op amps are operating at a functional level.  The circuit will not help identify parametric shifts in performance that could have occurred depending on the stresses you applied to the devices.  This is covered in the disclaimer on the site you found the circuit on:

    Disclaimer:  This is a VERY crude test, and is advertised to do nothing more than provide a quick check for "is this op amp totally fried."  It will not detect some of the subtleties that can crop into op-amps (as described by R.G. in his article "When Good Op Amps Go Bad" over at Geofex).
