THS3202: THS3202: Amplifier not working properly

HI,

We are using THS3202 amplifier with ADSL topology ,

We have designed the Driver according to the recommended schematic in THS3202 datasheet,

We are getting distorted output in THS3202 output.

Any suggestion ..

    Hello,

    1. What schematic in the circuit are you referring to?

    2. Are you using the EVM or one of your own boards. What is the 2nd channel of the amplifier doing during the test.

    3. What frequency are you testing at? Do you have a scope shot...is it visually distorted?

    4. What quiescent current is the amplifier consuming and have you done a test at dc to see if the amplifier is working as expected? I would do a dc gain test and ensure this first.

    I recently did some testing with multiple THS3202 devices and did not see any visual distortion or otherwise. The distortion numbers matched the datasheet specs.
