Dear Support team,

I can find the electrical characteristic for LM2902 and LM2902V.

But I couldn’t find it for LM2902Kxx.

Is LM2902Kxx the production improving ESD level than LM2902 and LM2902V?

Is other specification of LM2902Kxx same as LM2902 or LM2902V?

What is different among LM2902K, LM2902KV and LM2902KAV?

Hiro-san,

"V" gives higher operating voltage, VCC max 32V instead of 26V. It also gives tighter input offset current specifications.

"A" gives much better VIO specification

"K" gives 2kV HBM ESD rating.

Hirokazu,

Just like the LM324 and LM324K (and LM324A and LM324KA) share the same EC table data. LM2902 and LM2902K will also share the same EC table data. I will add this to next LM2902 data sheet update.
