We plan to operate the LMH6559 at frequencies ~1.2 GHz.
Is there a need for snubber circuit to avoid stray coupling in to output at > 1 Ghz?
Thanks.

Hi Jehangir,
If you are only planning to buffer the 500MHz to 1GHz -40dBm noise spectra that is riding on top of the 0-1.8V low frequency clock signal, then I think operating the LMH6559 in dc coupled mode and +/-5V supply should be okay. However, I don't think that the LMH6559 would be suitable for large signals (>0.4Vpp) in the 500MHz to 1 GHz band. I don't think you would specifically need a snubber circuit at > 1GHz as the buffer frequency roll-off should take care of any spurs beyond the -3dB bandwidth of the part.
Best Regards,
Rohit
