Does TI have any data or screen captures showing the reaction or response time of the TIPD205?

Sorry for my delayed response. I do not have a step response for this at the moment but I can get one in a day or two. Can you tell me exactly what response you are looking for. A step from 0 -50A? Please note that the max bandwidth of the DRV425 is 47KHz and that value can change depending on the Rshunt chosen. I can get you a step response. Please let me know what step response you are interested in.

I am looking for a step from 0-10% (0-5A) and 0-100% (0-50A) please. If you can show the source step and the output TIPD205 voltage together and measure the delay between the traces.

Please allow me a couple days to complete this as I am currently out of the office.

I have attached some scope shots. The first one is a 0-50A step and the Vout is measured referenced to Vref pin. Also the Rshunt resistor is set to 75ohms. The second scope shot is step is 0-10A. The dimensions of the bus bar are a bit different from the original TIPD design but this would only change the magnitude of the signal and not the response time.
