TLE2022A-Q1: KSVR over temperature

Guru 16770 points
Part Number: TLE2022A-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TLE2021, TLE2022

Hi

Regarding to the following thread, do you have additional information?

1.
Did you measure that PSRR vs frequency in ambient temperature at 25℃?
Do you have PSRR vs frequency when the temperature is varied?

2.
TLE2022 has two devices but TLE2021 has single.
Could the PSRR result be applied per channel in each devcie?

3.
Could you show us a circuit what PSRR is tested with?

BestRegards

  • Hello na na78,

    1.
Did you measure that PSRR vs frequency in ambient temperature at 25℃? Yes
Do you have PSRR vs frequency when the temperature is varied? No, but the datasheet indicates that the dc PSRR minimum isn't more than 5 dB less than the 25℃ number. The same relationship between the PSRR and temperature should hold across frequency.

    2.
TLE2022 has two devices but TLE2021 has single.
Could the PSRR result be applied per channel in each devcie? The PSRR for each channel in the TLE2022 will be very close.

    3.
Could you show us a circuit what PSRR is tested with? The PSRR test performed on the TLE2021 was accomplished with a laboratory ATE that is capable of measuring the op amp PSRR across frequency. I believe that the circuit uses a two op amp loop (one being the DUT), and a Bode 100 analyzer. I am not part of the test group that developed the test capability; therefore, I don't know many details.

I am attaching some PowerPoint slides that show how PSRR is measured using a two op amp measurement loop. It provides basic information.
