OPA657: Exposure to High Heat for Extended Period of Time

Part Number: OPA657

Our customer's vendor accidentally vacuum-baked a board assembly containing the OPA657N at 150C for 16 hours. Abs max storage temp for the device 125C but Tj is 175C. Could this exposure have damaged the devices? If so, any idea on which parameters would most likely be affected?

I assume this violated storage temp abs max and effect might be unpredictable, but due to the higher Tj spec would like to confirm.

Thanks,
Antonio
