Please tell me the variation of slew rate due to process variation.
I know that it is not a guaranteed value.

Hello Yoshiki-san,

The typical value in the data sheet represents approximately +/-1 standard deviation (68%) of the population of devices. Depending on your desired confidence level you can double or even triple the typical value to increase the percentage of devices that are within your desired specification. Please tell me min/max value of slew rate for TLVx316.

Hello Hasebe-san,

There is no min/max specification for slew rate. Therefore you have to use the typical value to determine a probability as I previously mentioned.

Hello Hasebe-san,

We cannot provide a minimum value for the slew rate. Sorry. The parameter does not have production test.
