OPA2320-Q1: 150 degrees C parameters

Hi,

 this device has operational temp range up to 150 degrees C, but all parameters are tested and guaranteed only up to 125 degrees.

Do we have any characterization/data in the range from 125 to 150 degrees?

If not, it is better to specify the device in the tested range only.

    Umberto,

    We do SPECIFY the device up to 125C and additionally provide OPERATING temperature range but these two ranges have different meaning.

    All of our products, including OPA2320-Q1, have two temperature ranges: specified range and operational range BUT we test in production or otherwise guarantee meeting of datasheet max/min parameters limits only for specified temperature range - see datasheet table condition column for various specs.  

    Having said that, we do characterize most of the op amp parameters up to 150 deg C - all datasheet graphs show -40C to 150C temperature range - which assure that the part will operate like an op amp up to 150C but it may not meet the datasheet max or min limits above 125 C.
