TLV9062: Shutdown current of TLV9062DGS

My customer is interested in TLV9062DGS with shutdown and has a question.

I would be grateful if you could advise.

TLV9062DGS has a shutdown function.

How is the shutdown current?

Generally shutdown current is around 1uA, I'd like to confirm the spec of TLV9062.

Also, when is RTM?

    Hello,

    The quiescent current of the TLV9062 when the device is place in shutdown is expected to be approximately 0.01uA.

    The device is expected to RTM around the middle of 2018.

    Please understand that this device is still in development so the specifications I provided are only estimates on the performance we are expecting from the device. If you are interested in receiving samples of the TLV9062S please send me a private message.
