Hi

Can you share the granph of total harmonic distortion and noise curve for the frequency higher than 20KHz?
Such as 20KHz to 100KHz, 20KHz to 300KHz.

My customer is now working for their automotive ECU project and this data should be good reference.

Hello Ken,

When we characterized the device we only took THD+N data over the audio frequency range. I did come across a good blog about THD+N curves...here is the link:
